 | James P. Eriksen, Vice President of Development
James’ studies have included Trinity Law School (J.D.), an M.A. in International Human Rights. He is Owner and CEO of Partners with Nonprofits; Owner and Principal of Law Offices of James P. Eriksen; Director and Counsel for American Liberties Institute. Jim’s work includes consulting with nonprofits in areas of development and governance issues. He also practices law in the areas of estate planning, charitable gifting, and civil liberties. |
 | Frank Fortunato, Vice President
Frank has completed an M.A. in ethnomusicology and is OM's International Music Director, coordinating Heart Sounds International, a ministry promoting indigenous worship through seminars, songwriting events, and recordings, mostly in the restricted parts of the world. He is involved in teaching on global worship music as well as leading worship at a local church. In 2006 he co-edited All the World is Singing: Glorifying God Through the Worship Music of the Nations. |
 | Robin Harris, President
Robin has M.A.s in Intercultural Studies and Ethnomusicology and is a Ph.D. Candidate in Music (Ethnomusicology) at University of Georgia Athens. She lived for a decade in northern Russia as well as a number of years in Alaska and Canada. She currently serves with Heart Sounds International and SIL Int’l and is the Associate Coordinator of the World Arts Program at the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics (www.gial.edu).  | Jean Ngoya Kidula, Trustee
Jean has a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology and is an accomplished musician in a variety of styles. She is an assistant professor of ethnomusicology at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. She is the author of numerous scholarly articles on topics in Kenyan music and history, as well as a co-author of the recently-published volume Music in the Life of the African Church. She has served as music director at churches in both Nairobi, Kenya and the United States and as an MC for the Global Consultation on Music and Missions in 2006. |
 | James Krabill, Trustee
James has an M.Div. and a Ph.D. in African Studies. He served for fourteen years as a mission worker in West Africa and is currently Senior Executive for Global Ministries for the Mennonite Mission Network. He is an educator and speaker, editor of the Missio Dei journal and several books, including The Hymnody of the Harrist Church; Does Your Church “Smell” Like Mission?; Anabaptists Meeting Muslims; Is It Insensitive to Share Your Faith?; and Music in the Life of the African Church. James is coordinating the collaborative writing of an ICE Ethnodoxology Handbook. |
 | Brian Schrag, Vice President of Education and Training
Brian holds an M.A. in Intercultural Studies-Ethnomusicology and a Ph.D. in Ethnomusicology. He is head of SIL International's Ethnomusicology and Arts Group and coordinates and teaches in the World Arts program at the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics (www.gial.edu).
